Caffé Roma Special Blend   This authentic Italian blend has been handed down in the family for 3 generations. Made from the finest quality arabica beans from the Americas and Indonesia, this signature blend was developed for use in espresso brewing equipment, yet suitable for any brewer. This full-city roast has a strong initial taste, rich and unique in flavor with a smooth delicate finish of hazelnuts unrivaled anywhere!
Via Veneto - Medium / Dark or Blended   A fine blend of Latin American coffees roasted a MEDIUM or DARK color, both full-bodied. This blend gives a thick, light or dark caramelly-sweet and intensely aromatic brew. We strongly recommend the combination of both the Medium & Dark blended - its depth and roasty sweetness is a winner!
Etruscan Blend   A true "Northern Italian" roast which is creamy, full-bodied, low in acidity and has an appealing sweet-cinnamon like aftertaste. Great for the light coffee drinker.
Dark Roasts

Columbus Blend   A darker version of the Roma Blend. Sweet and full-bodied, similar to the richness of our signature blend but a stronger flavor. Its silky, dark and smooth aftertaste will win you over!
Sicilian Gold   A wild and extremely potent coffee and our strongest. Flavors are smoky, rich, dark chocolaty and spicy. Great for plunger pots or an extremely exquisite espresso.
Tony & Frankie's   This blend was designed by our two "roastmasters" and it consists of 3 major growing regions of the world. The Latin American portion contributes a lively acidity and chocolaty spiciness. The East African portion adds hints of fruit and floral-like overtones. And the Indonesian flavors give a robust smoky taste with a dark roasted nuttiness. This blend is superbly rich and can offer an intense and romantic brew. Try this dark roast and you'll like it!
